I can't free up space after using ipod touch as a USB

that's the post by "Mathew" that i used to get USB Drive on my ipod touch and i made a disk 20 gigs big.

i have nothing on the disk and its still taking up space on my ipod touch. how do i free up that 20 gigs?

this is very important. any help will be appreciated.

You are going to need to restore your iDevice to get back the space. I believe by using USB drive you made a partition of that drive and won't be able to remove it until you restore. Or perhaps you can try running USB drive again and seeing if there is some setting that lets you change the size of remove that partition.
